Cancellation Policy 
• Original registration fee is non-refundable 
• 90% refund if canceled four weeks prior to the event 
• 80% refund if canceled three weeks prior to the event 
• 45% refund if canceled two weeks prior to the event
• 20% refund if canceled one week prior to the event
If the USCAA cancels an event, we will work with all registered participants to arrange refunds or credits .If a registered participant cancels or drops out , the refund policy previously mentioned will be used to determine any possible refunds . Any team canceling or dropping out less than one week before the event will be submitted to our appeals committee for review of any possible refunds . The decision by the appeals committee is final .
Release of Liability
I hereby release and forever discharge the event staff, sponsors, and facility owners from any and all claims, demands, rights, expenses, actions, and causes of action of any kind, whether foreseeable or not, arising from:
• Personal injury
• Bodily injury
• Property damage
• Any consequences resulting from or in any way connected with my child’s participation in this activity
Covenant Not to Sue
I further agree that, for the consideration stated above, I will hold harmless and will not initiate legal action against the event staff, sponsors, or facility owners for any claim for damages arising from my child’s participation — whether those actions were negligent, willful, or intentional.
Medical and Emergency Information
The USCAA, sponsors, and facility host will endeavor to provide medical professionals at all events if possible and available.
In the event of an injury or emergency, an Emergency Action Plan will be implemented specific to the situation.
